Are you ready to truly support learning? Then you're ready for us! Little Parndon Primary Academy and Freshwaters Primary Academywish to appoint SEN 1 to 1 Co-Educators to support the students at the Academy.

We are currently looking for a number of Teaching Assistants/Co-Educators with a passion for showing children who they could be. We have an exceptional record of classroom support staff progression across the trust and believe in growing our staff to reach their full potential!


The post holder will be required to:
·Be reliable, well organised, flexible and above all else, passionate about pupils welfare.
·ASD experience desirable.
·Supervise students in their activities, at play and at break times
Permanent, Part time, 27.5 hours per week, term-time plus inset days (39 weeks)

Our teenagers take part in the Cambridge University project, Brilliant Club. The university access charity’s mission is to increase the number of young people from under-represented backgrounds attending highly selective universities. We hold lunchtime careers talks and regularly take our students to visit universities and give them opportunities to take trips abroad.

As well as excellent results, we know that to be accepted at one of the Russell Group universities, such as Cambridge, Oxford or Leeds, that students will need to demonstrate determination, resilience and a strong work ethic; these are qualities that we will promote and develop in our students.
