We are looking for an ambitious AHT looking to develop their leadership skills to progress to deputy or headship in the next few years. Expertise in EYFS and Year 1 is essential. A recruitment package will be considered for the right candidate.
This is a unique opportunity to join a school on its journey from good to outstanding, working alongside the Headteacher who is committed to developing staff through bespoke coaching and support. We are advertising a January start but can offer an earlier start date.
We are looking for an outstanding and innovative teacher whose personality and talent leads to a love of learning in the classroom and who is able to lead and inspire others. SEN and/or KS1 experience an advantage but not essential.
