Room Leader for Little Ted's at Wickford Church of England School
36 hours per week, term time plus 5 non-pupil days
Actual salary £14,870.18 (FTE £17,391 + £597 fringe)
We seek to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Room Leader to join our friendly and professional team. The applicant must be able to lead a team through a collaborative approach and have a very good understanding of the EYFS.
Room Leader/leader experience is desirable but not essential. The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking. In reeturn we offer the support of the school and Trust staff and an range of CPD experiences.

The Wickford Church of England School is a small, friendly school, close to good transport links. Our school is a place where children can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. The school provides education for children from the ages of 2-7 in the local area. As a team, we aim to create a respectful, caring and secure place for children to explore, learn and be happy together.

The school calendar consists of 184 contact time with pupils, 5 non-pupil days and the equivalent of 6 days of high quality continuous professional development.
