Beauchamps High School is an 'OUTSTANDING' 11-18 school, with examination results at all levels above the National picture. Core Purpose:

  • To be accountable for student progress and development across the school for those with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND)
  • To be accountable for achieving the highest standards of student attainment and achievement across the whole school and to monitor, evaluate and support SEND student progress and setting targets for improvement for meeting their needs.
  • To lead, develop and enhance the Inclusion policy.
  • To lead, develop and enhance highest standards of teaching support, evaluating the quality of teaching support and securing and sustaining effective teaching support across the school.

This is a part time position to support the SEND Manager in the strategic management of the Learning Support Department and to have responsibility for the development of Learning Support policies.
