We are looking to appoint a talented and highly motivated person to take an important leadership role as the School Office Business Manager within an active school environment, starting point as soon as possible.
The successful candidate, who may have experience in an educational setting, will provide strategic leadership in Finance, Premises, HR and Administration, and will include line management of the office team, reporting to the Headteacher.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an excellent understanding of financial procedures, budget management, procurement and health & safety.
- Has effective management, reporting and recording skills.
- Is competent in IT and computer skills.
- Has excellent communication, presentation and social skills.
- Has a clear commitment to work with Leading Management team to continue school improvement.
- Is able to work on their own intitiative -a flexible and proactive approach will be essential.
