An exciting opportunity has arisen for an excellent Graduate LSA to join our dynamic and highly skilled teaching team a.s.a.p.

Are you interested in pursuing a career in teaching?

We require a confident, enthusiastic, energetic Graduate LSA for an immediate start. Experience is important, alongside a caring and patient approach to supporting children with particular needs requiring one to one assistance within the class. We will also be looking at the candidate's ability to work with small groups of children.

Bournemouth Park Academy continues to go from strength to strength, with fantastic 2016 and 2017 EYFS, KS1 and KS2 results supporting our "Good" grading following our recent Ofsted inspection. Whatever their starting point, our children make excellent progress.

We embrace inclusion supporting children with a range of individual needs and have high expectations for children's attainment and behaviour.

TO NOTE: Thisis a fixed term position relative to a statemented child. The salary is pro rata the LSA Support Range 2 (Eastwood Park Academy Trust scale).The salary for 'full time'(52 weeks per yearat 37.5 hours weekly) is £16,353. This post will be calculated at 43.7 weeks (which includes holiday pay), for 30 hours per week, attending term time plus staff training days/twilight sessions.
