We are looking for a maternity cover position at our school led nursery provision.

Our Nursery was established in September 2017 in a beautiful purpose-build setting on our school site.

We were visited by Ofsted in January 2018 and our EYFS provision was graded as 'GOOD'

Our wonderful children are now looking for a nursery nurse to cover maternity leave until January 2019. The right candidate will be working closely with our fantastic nursery manager and EYFS leader. We are a dynamic team who are passionate about serving our community and offering our children excellence. We are looking for someone who can help to promote and grow our nursery provision as we move into the next academic year.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm term time only.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Have high expectations of every pupil ensuring that every child achieves in a happy, creative and caring environment
Undertake a key person role with specific children
Liaise closely with parents/carers ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met
Assist with the planning of the curriculum and record keeping
Uphold the values and ethos of our school

Desired qualifications NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Childcare & Education or equivalent

Visits to the school are warmy welcomed and encouraged. Interviews will be held throughout the summer term as necessary and start dates are flexible dependingnotice periods required.

We are a small village school and have a rural location just twenty minutes from Colchester. We are an academy with the Vine Schools Trust and so have the support of the trust and of the diocese.
