22.5 hours per week
Term time plus 5 non-pupil days
Actual salary £9955.72 (FTE £18,672 plus £597 outer fringe- £9.68 per hour)
We are seeking to appoint a Lead LSA for our small friendly infant school. We are a small school where "a highly effective staff team are committed to every child being loved. Through the consistent an powerful Christian ethos. School leaders and their staff team ensure excellent outcomes for all pupils. The achievement of pupils, the leadership and management, the quality of teaching and the behaviour and safety of pupils are all outstanding".
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring person to join our friendly and dedicated team.
The successful applicant will be an existing HLTA or experienced classroom LSA with an excellent track record.You will be hard working and will be encouraged to use your initiative. You will work across the school as needed and be able to teach and cover classes. Relevant training and support will be given to support teaching as needed.

The Wickford Church of England School is a small, friendly school, close to good transport links. Our school is a place where children can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. The school provides education for children from the ages of 2-7 in the local area.
