De La Salle School and Language College is a thriving oversubscribed fully comprehensive and inclusive 11-16 Catholic School.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of Business Studies. We are looking for a Business Studies Teacher who is passionate about their subject with high expectations and good classroom management. You can demonstrate excellent organisational and inter-personal skills and the ability to contribute to a team. You will have aclear vision, energy and commitment to all aspects of school lifeand havea desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our students.

The successful candidate will:

· Have Qualified Teacher Status

· Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4.

· Be an outstanding classroom practitioner

· Support and follow the Catholic ethos of the School

· Be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of all pupils.

Whilst the successful candidate is not required to be Catholic, you would be expected to support and follow the Catholic ethos of the School.

The Governing Body is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, medical check and references.
