The Board of Governors is looking for an exceptional leader to continue the development of our outstanding practice. Our new Headteacher should have a proven track record of effective leadership in raising standards and successful school improvement, promoting excellence, equality and high expectations for all with the forthcoming retirement of our long standing Headteacher.

About you
Our new Headteacher will:
- Promote the 'Holly Trees ethos' that fosters self-esteem in our diverse intake of pupils
- Be able to analyse a full range of academic and financial information
- Recognise the strengths of our teaching and support staff in their individual development
- Assess the impact of programmes designed for disadvantaged/Pupil Premium children
- Explore opportunities for expanding the curriculum further
