Actual Salary £10,594.37 - £11,247.18
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, confident and efficient part-time receptionist/administrative assistant to work in our busy school office. The working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am-3:30pm, with an hour off for lunch, for 38 weeks per year. This role requires good communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure and to work efficiently as part of a team. Excellent IT and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
The successful applicant will:
Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have an ability to show initiative and independence
Have strong organisational skills
Have excellent IT skills particularly in Word and Excel
Knowledge of SIMS preferable
