Job Description

1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant required attached to a child.

Required as soon as possible

Band 2 Point 11-14

We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support a child with specific educational needs. The post is for up to 21 ¼ hours a week and will be on a fixed contract. The successful applicant will be required to:

· work as part of a team under the direction of the class teacher and SENCo.

· support the child with personal and educational needs.

· have the ability to build effective relationships with staff, parents and children.

· show initiative and flexibility.

· have a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
