Noak Bridge Primary is a friendly school with happy and motivated children. We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, dedicated and capable TA to work 1:1 with a child with autism, term time only (excluding non-pupil days), approximately 30 hours per week. The post will be for the duration of the SEN funding for that individual child. Job share considered.
The successful candidate would need to have:
- At least GCSE grade C in Math and English
- Experience of Early Years and relevant qualifications
- Experience of working with children with autism
- A positive approach to behaviour management
- An understanding of how pupils learn
- Be able to build good relationships with staff and pupils
- Have a positive, enthusiastic and calm manner
Suitable candidates will be interviewed as application is received.
Visits to the school are encouraged and warmly welcomed by arrangement.
