We seek to appoint an experienced HLTA with a degree, a professional approach and empathetic and caring temperament. The role of the HLTA will have a major impact on Teaching and Learning and outcomes for students within each of the three Faculties.
We are looking for someone who is:
An outstanding HTLA, passionate about raising standards.
Passionate about staff professional development.
Able to think creatively to make learning exciting and relevant to all our students.
Clear about how to increase rates of progress for all students.
Dedicated to developing students' abilities.
Highly organised and able to manage their time effectively.
Willing to 'go the extra mile' to support our students and the life of the Academy.
A reflective practitioner, keen to develop and progress.
Aspirational in their pursuit of excellence for the student and their own development.
