We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, creative and committed Assistant Headteacher as an integral part of our Senior Leadership Team. Due to the promotion of one of our very experienced Assistant Headteachers, we are looking for an exceptional leader to join our Senior Leadership Team to help move the academy from 'good' to 'outstanding'.
The specific responsibilities will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate, although it is likely to include having leadership responsibility for Intervention Strategies and academic monitoring. Applicants are required to demonstrate in their application how their leadership ability and experience have positively impacted on student achievement and progress, and/or demonstrate their contribution to the development of teaching and learning initiatives and their positive impact on staff development, quality of lesson observations and raising standards.
Applicants must have a strong academic track record, experience of effective management, the ability to lead and be capable of building good working relationships with staff, students and parents.
