Salary £55,600 - 66,017 plus the potential for a CEO allowance for the right candidate

We're looking for an ambitious leader to shape and lead our primary school of 420 pupils. Our school is vibrant and successful with a motivated staff team and governing body.

Woodville Primary School is a member of Fenwood Academy Trust, and your role will be to lead the strategic direction of this Multi Academy Trust while ensuring our school's academic performance and development is maintained. We want someone who can build on what has been achieved so far and expand the portfolio of schools within the Trust.

The new Headteacher, reporting directly to the Trust Board, will lead the delivery of the Trust's strategic priorities, placing students at the centre of everything we do.

As Headteacher, you will promote a relentless focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of children and young people and produces positive outcomes.

This is your chance to join a Trust that is ready to develop and be shaped by a innovative and motivated leader. So, if you are forward-thinking, with business acumen, energy and passion to change lives, this could be an excellent opportunity for you to really grow your career.

To arrange a visit to the school please contact Dawn Fewtrell, Business Manager, on 01245 321755.

All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.
