1 Year Fixed Term Maternity Cover - 0.8 FTE (4 days a week)

A rare opportunity has arisen to join our team.
The governing body, staff and pupils wish to appoint an Early Years Foundation Stage Class Teacher with teaching and learning responsibility to join our unique school. Applications are warmly welcomed from inspirational, enthusiastic and committed class teachers who can continue to take our foundation stage setting from good to outstanding ('Good' school Ofsted 2016).
You will need to have:
· Proven experience as a primary practitioner committed to quality first teaching.
· High expectations of children's learning and behaviour.
· High level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication and interaction skills.
· Energy, enthusiasm and a flexible approach with the ability to look upon demands as an opportunity to be positive and inspirational.
· A belief in inclusion, diversity and access and the right of each pupil to maximise their potential whatever their needs and abilities.
