This post represents an outstanding career opportunity to join a large, progressive College. Based in the Apprenticeships and Subcontracting Department, you will teach, assess and support students to fulfil their course assessment requirements. This will involve up to six hours of teaching per week, advising students on the NVQ course requirements, assessment planning, assessing students in the workplace and liaising with staff on their progress. Please view the Role Specification for further information. -Appropriate NVQ level 3 or 4 professional qualifications and experience in teaching and the Assessors Award are essential. - A Verifier's award would be an advantage but is not essential. - Knowledge of the new apprenticeship standards would also be an advantage but not essential. - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to this role. - Please note that the majority of time will be on client sites - The salary identified is for a full time equivalent. Therefore the Actual Pro-Rata salary is: £14,313.51 to £16,553.51
