We are seeking to appoint a Catering Manager to provide our in house school meal and hospitality service as well as manage all aspects of the kitchen and catering staff. Therefore, you will need to be able to work on your own as wellas part of a large team. You should be conversant with all relevant food hygiene and food standards legislation, hold a Level 3 food hygiene qualification, have stock management, auditing and monthly financial reporting experience, and be able to use Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook etc. You will also need to have a proven kitchen/catering management qualification and or relevant experience.
This post is offered for 37 hours per week during term time only including 5 non pupil days plus 5 extra days during the school holidays (40 weeks)
