We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team of staff supporting youngsters' learning. The post will involve the successful applicant in working one-to-one with specific learners, supporting small groups of learners and supporting learners both in our new Enhanced Provision for learners with autism as well as within the wider school setting.

You will need:
Outstanding people skills, flexibility and initiative.
Knowledge and understanding of the learning difficulties faced by youngsters with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths - 'A' Level (or equivalent) education preferred.
A willingness to learn every day as you consistently strive to increase your impact on our youngsters' learning.
A willingness to support wider SEND and medical need as appropriate.
