INCLUSION MANAGER
Main/Upper Pay Scale + SN2 Allowance
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational SENCO who will be integral to raising achievement and supporting good practice throughout the school.
The successful candidate will:
ü Demonstrate excellent communication skills to work in partnership with school staff, parents and outside agencies
ü Show a broad understanding of inclusive policy, practice and barriers to learning
ü Demonstrate a working knowledge of the statutory requirements relevant to SEN provision
ü Have a passion for children's learning and a good understanding of classroom practice, supporting staff to implement effective teaching and learning strategies, especially including supportive interventions
ü Work at a strategic level to support school improvement as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
ü Have excellent organisational skills and be a team player in this inclusive school
