Early Years Key Worker
29.5 hours per week
Term time plus non-pupil days
Salary depending on qualifications and experience, starting at £10,635.37 (FTE £15,115 + £585 fringe)
The Wickford Church of England School is seeking an Early Years Key Worker to join our outstanding team at Little Teds. Little Teds is a provision for 2-4 year olds in a modern, purpose built setting on the school grounds. The successful person will be:
- Enthusiastic and motivated
- Qualified in Early Years, prefereably to level 3
- An excellent team worker who is flexible where required
- Aware of the EYFS framework

The Wickford Church of England School is a small, friendly school, close to good transport links. Our school is a place where children can thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. The school provides education for children from the ages of 2-7 in the local area. As a team, we aim to create a respectful, caring and secure place for children to explore, learn and be happy together.

The school calendar consists of 184 contact time with pupils, 5 non-pupil days and the equivalent of 6 days of high quality continuous professional development.
