The Federation of Little Hallingbury & St Mary's Hatfield Broad Oak Primary Schools are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive Schools Business Manager to work as a key member of our Federated Schools Team.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised and committed to ensuring the schools are able to provide the very best for our children and their families.
You will:
- be responsible for the efficient running of both schools offices and the management of both schools administration procedures
- act as the operational lead on finance, recruitment, admissions, premises and general health and safety
- be able to work with the Executive Headteacher and Governors to prepare both schools budgets and manage schools financial procedures
- develop and monitor management information systems
- be able to work in a busy environment and meet demands and deadlines without compromising on your commitment to accuracy and attention for detail
- be the line manager for administrative and caretaking staff

The federated schools of Little Hallingbury and St Mary's, Hatfield Broad Oak, are both popular and successful schools. We are situated on the Essex & Hertfordshire border and serve our local communities and beyond. Both schools are Voluntary Aided Church schools, sharing an ethos of excellent teaching and learning within a caring , happy, Christian community. The single governing body and executive Headteachers strive to maintain the individuality of both schools whilst working in partnership to constantly refresh and build on the successes of each individual school.
