Office Manager Vacancy

Band 3 - point 17 - 25 (depending on experience)

Hours 32.30 - 8.30am till 4pm - Monday to Friday - Term Time

To start February 2018

Ardleigh St Mary's Church of England (VC) Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible Office Manager to be part of our dedicated administrative team. The successful applicant, under the direction of the Head Teacher and in liaison with the Tiptree and Stanway Consortium Finance Manager, will take delegated responsibility for the administration function within the school.

The role will suit someone with solid proven financial skills, and previous experience of working in a finance role within a primary school would be desirable. As the Office Manager, you will take responsibility for personnel and financial and accounting matters within the school, ensuring the effective management and development of the schools' financial resources, whilst underpinning this with robust financial management and reporting.

The role also involves reporting to the Governing Body across a range of subjects.
