Admin Assistant

Start date: Immediate pending satisfactory pre-employment checks

Salary: Band 2 point 11 (range 11-14) £15,807.00 pro rata + Outer Fringe Allowance £585.00 pro rata.

Hours: 44.3 weeks per year, 37 hours per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm - Monday-Friday

You will be part of a small admin team to who provide a first-class, professional service to support the school with all admin tasks.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be to:

· to be part of an effective administrative team and provide clerical support to the school

· to provide first-class customer service

We are looking for someone who has:

· the ability to be part of a professional and welcoming office environment

· the ability to display a calm and tactful attitude with excellent communication skills

· a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Publisher)

· excellent and efficient organisational and administration skills
