Band 2 point 11-16 (dependent on experience)

Based at the heart of the community, Rayne Primary is a lovely village school and we are looking to recruit an experienced and friendly Learning Support Assistant to support the class teacher.

The successful candidate should

· Have a recognised competence in literacy and numeracy

· Be able to challenge and motivate all children to succeed

· Be an adaptable team player with a good sense of humour

· Be self-motivated, resilient and able to use their own initiate
