We are looking to add to our team of Midday Assistants. MDA's create a very positive, happy and secure environment in our playgrounds, dining hall and the school building at lunchtime. The successful applicant will interact with the children to encourage good social skills and will lead outdoor activities to encourage participation. Main duties include encouraging healthy eating, preparing the tables, supervise playing with the children outside, supervising the clearing up of games and toys, administering first aid and using the school's behaviour plan.
The hours are 6.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, term time only
Actual starting salary - £2,313 per annum

East Tilbury Primary School & Nursery converted to Academy Status in April 2012 as a partner in St Cleres Co-operative Academy Trust. We are a three/four form entry school in a semi-rural location, only a 5 minute walk from East Tilbury Station which is on the C2C Fenchurch - Shoeburyness Line. .
