Doddinghurst C. of E. Junior School is a popular church school in a rural setting judged by the Diocese as Good Church School and by OFSTED as Good.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational teacher to work with Pupil Premium pupils from year 3 - Year 6, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping to raise attainment and porgress of these pupils and threrefore will need to have a proven track record of raising standards for groups of children.
The successful candidate will be required to work 2 or 3 days per week (Monday, Thursday or Friday). Initially the post will be for two terms (spring and summer), However there is a possibility that this role will become permanent.

Excellent classroom teaching with high expectations of pupil attainment and who is enthusiastic, creative, resilient and well organised
Effective communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
The skill to help pupils make accelerated progress

The ability to promote inclusion at all levels across the school
