We are a friendly, child-centred, one form entry primary school only 20 minutes from Cambridge in the beautiful town of Saffron Walden on the borders of Hertfordshire, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a teacher who is passionate about quality teaching and learning and who has high expectations of achievement and attainment. The position will involve maternity cover in a Year 3 class, working within a small and collaborative teaching team 3 days a week. Our incredible pupils are keen to learn and behaviour is exemplary.
Applicants will have a proven record of good classroom practice and expect the highest standards of children's learning and behaviour. You will need to be creative, innovative and a team player. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and NQTs. A sense of humour is essential!
