Autism Classroom Manager (Applied Behaviour Analysis- ABA)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our outstanding special school.
Market Field School is looking for someone with experience of ABA and classroom leadership to take over the running of one of our autism bases. The position comes with regular BCBA supervision and some exceptionally exciting opportunities for development in the future.
The right person will have experience of ABA and leading other tutors. They will be responsible for developing the programmes of learning for a number of pupils with autism. There is already an excellent team in place which includes experienced ABA tutors.
Market Field is expanding and opening a free school (in Witham) which will include the use of ABA as part of a range of evidence based interventions. There are considerable opportunities for the right person to progress within this role including towards BCBA level.
You will need
· Experience working with applied behaviour analysis.
· Experience in leading and running a classroom.
· Experience working with pupils who have severe autism.
· Experience working with pupils who may display challenging behaviour.
· Passion for helping children learn and develop.
· Experience or aptitude towards leading others.
· Experience or aptitude in helping other develop professionally.
