This post presents an exciting opportunity to be a key driver in the use and development of the outstanding facilities that we have on offer.
The postholder will initially manage the Premises staff at three primary schools within the trust, and has responsibility for ensuring safe and effective facilities for all users of these sites. This person will also oversee external letting of the facilities and play an important role in ensuring that staff can undertake their roles with minimal disruption. It is important to note that this is not a caretaking role but an administrative and management position.
Experience of premises management and Health and Safety, particularly within a School environment, would be a distinct advantage.
This is a full time role of 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. As this will involve travelling between sites, access to a vehicle is necessary.
