Learning Support Assistant

Job Description

Alresford Primary is a growing, friendly village school, with supportive and driven staff and children who are eager to learn.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated learning support assistant, with experience of supporting pupils, to join our team on either a fulltime contract (8:30 - 3:15, 1 hr lunch) or two candidates on part time contracts (8:30 - 12:15 Monday - Friday) and (1:15 - 3:15 Monday - Friday).

The successful applicant/s will be required to:

assist in differentiated teaching and learning
work as part of a team under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO
show initiative and flexibility.
have the ability to build effective relationships with staff and children
have a good standard of literacy and numeracy

Start date: 6th November (Will be delayed to enable successful candidate to serve their notice period if necessary).
