£20,661 - £22,658 per annum

As we move into an exciting new phase at Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), we are seeking to appoint Building Operations Assistants to join our new structure which has been in operation since September 2017.

The new structure will consist of a Building Operations Supervisor supported by Building Operations Assistants who will provide site services to our academies. Our cluster areas will be made up of a mixture of phases with our largest cluster being 6 academies.

This role will be based at Tendring Technology College which is a large successful 11-18 mixed comprehensive school, which has two campuses; Frinton Campus (KS4 & KS5) and Thorpe Campus (KS3). You will be required to work across both campuses.

If you want to be part of a network of academies that is passionately committed to inspiring children and young people, these roles could be for you.

As an enthusiastic, proactive, customer focussed organised individual you will ensure that our academies function safely and effectively on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly motivated, organised, full of initiative, and common sense, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks to meet time deadlines. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and relate well and build positive relationships with staff and key stakeholders.

AET believes that all young people deserve to become world-class learners - to learn, enjoy, succeed and thrive in a first rate educational environment with the best facilities, the best teaching and the most up-to-date resources available to them. In each of our academies, you will benefit from visionary, inspirational and dynamic leadership and be empowered to develop your own skills with access to world-class CPD and Talent Management programmes. You will also be entitled to the following benefits: a health cash plan, vehicle affinity scheme, childcare vouchers and Westfield rewards.

This is a very exciting time for Academies Enterprise Trust and we hope you will join us on our journey.

This position is due to commence as soon as possible.
