Consortium Administrator and Finance Support SupportOfficer
Payspine: Band 4 Point 26-30 (£11248-£12902 actual salary) depending on experience
20 hrs/week 40 weeks/year (term time + 1 weeks) (hours of work flexible)
The North Essex Schools Partnership (NESP) is a consortium of 18 primary, and special schools who employ a Finance Manager to support them in their work.
We are looking to appoint a person to:
* Provide admin support to the Finance Manager for Consortium activities
* Provide support for the financial management to the schools within the Consortium
* Provide sickness cover for the Finance Manager and for school Finance Officers.
We are looking for a person who has:
* Outstanding administrative, financial and ICT skills (including SIMS)
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Recent experience of educational environment
* Ability to work effectively on own initiative but who also works well as part of a team
The Consortium will provide:
* Induction and training
* Well resourced office, based in Colchester
* Use of laptop, mobile phone and mileage allowance
