INCLUSION MANAGER REQUIRED
Salary:Local Government Payscale, Band 6, within the Range 26-32 starting on Point 26, £26,332 - £31,455 pro rata per annum, actual salary £22,989.86 - £27,462.63
Contract Type: 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days holiday working plus 5 inset days
Contract Term: Part Time, Permanent

The Gateway Learning Community [GLC] is a partnership between one secondary and four primary schools located within Tilbury and Chadwell in the borough of Thurrock to the east of London. Our mission is to offer everyone opportunities to develop as high achieving, resilient, healthy, aspirational, caring and fulfilled members of society.
We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to promote and manage inclusive and personalised learning, to ensure high quality education and support for all pupils attending The Gateway Primary Free School.
Candidates must be able to use their own initiative and will have the following:
good standard of education; Maths and English GCSE grades A - C, or equivalent
can provide excellent classroom support in literacy, numeracy and behavioural needs
good organisation and inter-personal skills
good knowledge of ICT
be committed to high achievement from students and themselves
