Bentfield Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and proactive School Business Manager to work as a key member of our School Team.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organised and committed to ensuring the school is able to provide the very best for our children and their families.
You will:
- be responsible for the efficient running of the school office and the management of all school administration procedures
- act as the operational lead on finance, recruitment, admissions, premises and general health and safety
- be able to work with the Headteacher and Governors to prepare school budgets and manage school financial procedures
- develop and monitor management information systems
- be able to work in a busy environment and meet demands and deadlines without compromising on your commitment to accuracy and attention for detail
- be the line manager for administrative and site staff

Are you the School Business Manager we are looking for?
Experience of working in a school environment, whilst advantageous, is not essential. Visits to the school are actively encouraged.
Full time position (37 hours per week, 20 days annual leave and 9 public/statutory holidays)
Starting salary- LGS Band 5- £30,480
Start date can be adjusted for right candidate
