SEN Teaching Assistant
Salary Band 2 point 11-14
Hours: 27.5 hours
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive SEN team helping children to overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidates will:

Have proven experience in working with children on the Autistic Spectrum and evidence of attendance at relevant training

Have good communication skills
-
Possess good ICT skills
-
Be patient and empathetic

Promote positive behaviour strategies with children who may display challenging behaviours

Be able touse their own initiative to adapt planning and resources to meet the learning needs when required
