FACILITIES & PREMISES MANAGER
Required for immediate start - up to £27,668 depending on experience
This administrative post presents an exciting opportunity to be a key driver in the use and development of the outstanding facilities that we have on offer.
The postholder will manage the Premises Team, Cleaners and the Sixth Form Coffee Shop staff, and has responsibility for ensuring safe and effective facilities for all users of our site. This person will also oversee external letting of the facilities and play an important role in ensuring that staff can undertake their roles with minimal disruption. It is important to note that this is not a caretaking role but an administrative and management position.
Experience of premises management and Health and Safety, particularly within a School environment, would be a distinct advantage.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm (3.30pm on Friday). This role is full-time and the postholder will be entitled to 22 days holiday, rising to 25 days after five years of continuous service.
Westcliff High School for Boys is a selective Academy Grammar School which has been designated Outstanding by Ofsted. Our School currently has 820 boys at 11-16 and 350 students in its mixed Sixth Form.
