Required from September 2017
Site Manager - Full Time, Permanent Position - 37.5 hours per week
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (with an hour for lunch - unpaid)
52 weeks per year (with 23 days holiday plus bank holidays)
Band 3 Pt 17-20
We are looking to appoint a reliable, conscientious, experienced individual to join ourpremises team. Main duties will include routine building/site maintenance and site security. Ourpremises team are an integral part of the school's day to day activities and will be in contact with staff students and members of the community ensuring high standards of Health and Safety. Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance is an advantage but training can be given.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience and be practical, cheerful and well motivated.
