School Administrator
Thurrock Band 4 Point 12: £17,553 FTE (actual salary £14,305) 35 hours per week term time only.
Start date: ASAP
We are looking for a well organised and energetic School Administrator who will provide an excellent level of administration to the Teaching School, School Leaders and the School Office.
The role will be stimulating and involve significant variety and challenge. Candidates must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be confident, outgoing and self-motivated. An ability to relate well to a wide range of people is essential. Due to the nature of the role, some flexibility in working hours may be required as deemed necessary by the School Leaders.
The successful applicant will have:
An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and be computer literate
Proven finance skills
The ability to work under pressure in an unpredictable setting
Ability to relate well to parents, children, staff and visitors to the school
A clear understanding for the need of discretion and confidentiality

Information about the School
Our pupils are aged 3 – 11, ranging from Nursery to Year 6, and mainly live in the area surrounding the school.
