Two SEND Learning Support Assistants
Band 2 Point 11-16
Required September 2017
Part time 20hpw
Have you experience of supporting of pupils with SEND? Do you relish the challenge of understanding complex needs and making a difference for children who find school difficult? Are you firm, calm, patient and resilient? Do you have skills waiting to be used to support the learning and integration into school of a Year 4 pupil with an EHCP for social, emotional and behavioural needs?
You would receive support in your role through further professional development, support from the SENCo, class teacher and specialist teachers.
The successful applicants will be two key workers for our pupil. The shared role will provide full time support to enable our pupil to reintegrate into mainstream school, to develop and maintain positive relationships with peers and to make progress in learning.
