We are looking to appoint a well organised, caring and hardworking SEND LSA to work 16 hours per week with future scope for additional hours.
Bocking Church Street Primary is a Good school with Outstanding Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare (OFSTED Sept 2016).
The successful candidate will have had some experience of working with children with SEND and be committed to working with school staff, families and the wider team. The successful applicant will be required to provide a range of support for children with behavioural and learning needs. The role will involve working within the classroom and on a one to one basis where required.
You will need to be:
Calm, positive and patient;
Consistent and approachable;
Able to work on your own initiative but also be a flexible team member;
Able to listen to colleagues.
