Due to the retirement of our current administration assistants, we are looking to appoint two new members of staff to join our busy school office. The successful candidates will:

  • Be able to communicate effectively with parents, pupils and staff
  • Have a good sense of humour
  • Have English and Maths GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Be flexible - no two days are ever alike!
  • Have good computer skills
  • Work well in a team
  • Have a 'can do' attitude

Previous experience of working in a school office using SIMS and ParentPay would be an advantage but is not essential; we will provide any training that is necessary.

The two roles available will be term time only plus inset days, (Monday to Friday):

Role one: 20hrs: 8.30am - 12.30pm

Focussing on general administration duties, attendance, clubs and ParentPay.

The actual salary for this post will be £7,260 to £8,144 depending on experience.

Role two: 16hrs: 8.30am - 11.45am Monday to Thursday and 8.30am -11.30am Friday

Focussing on general administration duties and human resources support.

The actual salary for this post will be £5,808to £6,515 depending on experience.

We are, however, willing to be flexible for the right candidates and more hours may be available at a later stage.
