Due to expansion, Castledon Special School & College are seeking to appoint Teaching Assistants for either the school site or the college site working (33hrs per week, term time only) to work with pupils with moderate learning difficulties and additional complex needs ie Autism. Please express within your personal statement which site you would like to be considered for.
We are looking for someone who is:
- resilient, confident and patient
- is able to remain positive and work as part of a team
- is able to work with pupils who at times display challenging behaviours
