Monday/Tuesday/Friday 9.00am - 5pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am - 5pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break)
39weeks per year( plus2 Thursday mornings in summer holidays 9am - 1pm)
36.5hours per week
Actual salary range £13,249pa - £14,065pa
We are looking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic and flexible administration assistant to provide administration support to the school's offices. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to use discretion and initiative and be able to prioritise tasks. Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher are essential and knowledge of SIMS would be useful although training will be provided if required.
