Hours of Work: 9.00 am - 3 pm (27.5 hours a week (30 minute lunch break))
Actual salary: £12,731 - £14,280 (which equates to £1,060 - £1,190 per month)
This position is term-time only, commencing Monday 4th September 2017
Band 3 to Point 25 (dependant on experience)
We are looking for enthusiastic Swimming Coaches to deliver high quality lessons in our brand new 25 metre pool.
- You will become part of our highly successful sports team, within this Outstanding Primary School.
- You will be working alongside two other Swimming Coaches, with each class being split into three small ability groups.
- You will be working with children aged 5 to 11.
- As someone who is highly motivated and proactive you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that encourage children to aspire to become competent swimmers.
Swimming Coaches Must:
- Hold an ASA / STA Level 2 Teachers Swimming qualification.
- Hold the NRASTC (Teacher Resscue) or National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
- Have experience of teaching swimming to a range of ages and abilities.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Comply with all school policies and procedures.
