"To develop fully the knowledge, skill, faith and self confidence of all our children in a joyful, enthusiastic and Christian environment", we are looking to appoint 2 motivated and friendly LSAs, onein KS1 and onein KS2, to provide whole class support, initially in one of our KS1 and KS2 classes, working with groups and individuals as directed by the class teacher.
The posts are initially for 16.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will need to:
- have excellent communication skills
- have experience of working with children with SEND
- be committed to supporting children in their learning
- have the ability to show initiative
- be able to observe, question and record children's progress, with the support of the class teacher
- have a clear commitment to the safeguarding of all children.
