INCLUSION MANAGER
Dates: Closing date 4 th July 17 8am, Short listing 4th July 17, Interviews 11th July 17, to start Jan 18, earlier if possible
Salary: Main Scale/UPS + SEN allowance

Would you like to lead our Inclusion Team?
The new Inclusion Manager will be joining at an exciting time, with the school having recently (May 18th +
19th 2017) gone through a successful inspection (Report should be published before the end of June 17) and
is going from strength to strength. The team itself is driven and friendly and the pupils are delightful. Our
new curriculum had been developed with the pupils at its center and is led by what excites them. We try to
make every child's learning experience as exciting and stimulating as possible, this being evident not only
within the classroom environments but also around the school generally including the outside. This is a very
supportive environment not only for the pupils, but also staff and both alike thrive within our school setting.
Ideally we are looking for someone who;
- Is an outstanding role model when it comes to Teaching and Learning, particularly for pupils with
SEND/EAL
- Has proven skills as a leader along with the ability to inspire others;
- Is passionate about enabling children of all abilities and backgrounds to achieve their very best;
- Has thorough and up to date knowledge of the SEND code of practice, EYFS, KS1 and 2 Curriculum.
- Is flexible, organized, meticulous and yet creative in their approaches;
