Job Description

We are looking for a newly qualified enthusiastic and inspiring teacher who will promote the achievement and wellbeing of our pupils who have severe, and complex needs.

You will need:

The ability to create a clear vision for the class
The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential
To have a strong track record of outstanding teaching
To be able to assess pupils knowledge and understanding scaffolding their next steps accurately
To have high expectations of students and experience of raising achievement
Understand the complexities of SEN pupils
