Inclusion Manager
MPR/UPR +SEND allowance
This post is a part time post but hours can be flexible (pro rata)
Required for September 2017
Harlowbury is seeking to appoint a professional, committed and creative Inclusion Manager, to support and promote an inclusive culture throughout the school, enabling all children to achieve their best and overcome barriers to learning.
You will:-
be an excellent classroom practitioner
be qualified with the National Award for Special Education Needs (or be willing to work towards this)
have excellent inter-personal skills
have experience of liaising with staff, pupils, parents and other agencies
ensure inclusive practice and equality of opportunity for all.
have experience of leading on projects and managing interventions to support achievement and school improvement
oversee provision for identifiable groups such as pupil premium pupils, ethnic minority pupils, looked after children, pupils with English as an additional language and more able pupils
TheInclusion Managerholds a very important strategic role with our senior leadership and dedicated time for development of leadership skills and coaching is provided to support you in your role.
